• Theological Questionnaire

STEP 2
 • Initial Call/Meeting with Worship Minister

STEP 3 
• Participate in Zoom meeting with Hiring Team
• Introductory Call/Meeting with Senior Minister and Worship Minister
• Complete a criminal background check

STEP 4 
• Observe Sunday morning at WellSpring
• Discussion of benefits and potential offer
