STEP 2
• Submit Teaching video & Participate in Zoom meeting with Senior Minister

STEP 3 
• Participate in Zoom meeting with Hiring Team
• Complete a criminal background check

 

Step 4 
• WellSpring Visit (if necessary)

Step 5
Finalist Weekend at WellSpring
• Interview with Elder Team
• Time with Church Staff
• Extended Interview with Senior Minister
• Interview with Hiring Team
• Tour of City
• Connection with Realtor (optional)
• Discussion of Potential Offer
