WellSpring Residency Program

Our residency program is the PERFECT solution for college or seminary students seeking real-world ministry experience in a healthy church setting. WellSpring Residencies are:

FUN. Don’t believe us? We’ll connect you with prior interns and residents who can tell you what it’s like.

PAID. We get it…life costs money.

SAFE. We make sure you’ve got a great place to live while you’re with us.

INTENTIONAL. We take a lot of pride in developing the next generation of leaders, so we try to provide a realistic experience.

IMPACTFUL. Our previous rounds of interns/residents have changed our church community for the better. We can’t wait to have more of that.
